Delicate

Campanula cashmeriana, raised from seed this year, is a fragile looking plant but growing low to the ground it has survived the recent strong winds.  Softly hairy, it's small powder blue bells are freely produced from midsummer until autumn.  I shall look out for it's seed in due course as it is usually short lived, not enjoying our mild wet winter.

After church it's been a bulb day, the autumn crocuses all sorted and some of the spring ones too.  Colchicum and Narcissus are next on my hit list.
