Shipwrecked

Katie and Gordon playing on a great big wreck down by Barns Ness lighthouse. We cycled out after lunch and ended up riding past Whitesands to the lighthouse. I've been here lots of times but somehow never noticed this wreck - an old pier I think from its size. Katie and Gordon immediately turned it into a Pirate ship and defended it from marauding Dad for the rest of the afternoon.

There were students around the beach taking photographs for their "Environmental Disturbance" project, concentrating on all the bad stuff they could find and when I talked to them they were complaining that the light was "rubbish". Well, there's lots of good stuff and I thought the light was pretty good too.
