30 Days of Composition: What's leaving the frame

I've understood this prompt to mean that something is not wholly in the frame. Flowers are perfect for that and I chose several from my window boxes before I settled on the very photogenic Gaillardia!  I couldn't resist setting my focus on the wonderful pollen laden stems in the centre.

As an after thought in extra photos:
My stork scissors which give a streamlined type of photo which I enjoy. As a lover of flowers, I like to break free of too many flowery photos. The partial shot allows us to notice other details, like the beak, the eye, the structured and patterned metal and the two different shades of gold.
