Sunday

Spent the morning in bed/on sofa. Couldn't move . 
Forced myself to get up and along to Mum.
Spent the afternoon in shops, for her. 
Ended the day with a walk round the harbour and stand and look at the choppy sea.

Text Steven to ask him to tell Lewis have a good full day at school and at after school club. S's reply was that Lewis said he's excited and can't believe he can spend a whole day there! And here I am worrying about and for him.
