king of the bin

The wee park beside The Usual Place is going to be closed very soon and work will begin to turn it into a really exciting place, not just for children, but for everyone. When I walked past this morning on my way to work, this gull was sitting on top of the bin, looking very cocky. I hope the new park has bins which make it difficult for the gulls to take out the litter and spread it here there and everywhere...
