Early morning

A beautiful calm start to the day.I just love the muted colours just before sunrise. Mist was hanging over the golf course and the sea was so calm.Bird song filled the air , although the hundreds of gulls that took off from the hill did drown out the voice of the robin and wren.
The skies soon changed to a glorious blue and butterflies started to make an appearance.Plenty of Peacocks, small tortoise shell, small whites and one speckled wood.
Richard came over in the morning to pick up his poster. Peter came round and Mike got home, after a delayed flight, at around 6pm.
