On Tip-Toes!

After a morning of heavy duty gardening (hedge cutting, grass cutting twice, and removing the remaining ivy) we retreated indoors. It was too hot for me.

Later this afternoon i ventured out again to look for small critters. I wasn't disappointed shield bugs everywhere. But you have to end up being a contortionist to photograph them! Crawling down low to get this view on their world.
