Drive-By Sunset

I was out visiting friends this evening and on my way home I saw this beautiful sunset. I often walk through this field and I’ve blipped it many times. I would have loved to have gone for a quick walk but it was just a bit too late. So I just pulled over and rolled down my window and took this one shot. Handy, especially since almost no other pictures were taken today! I’m looking forward to some more sunset walks in the coming weeks, especially as the days get shorter.

My days are still filled with unpacking, laundry, paperwork, catching up with neighbours and friends and just generally happy to be home. 6 weeks was a very long time to be away!
