Flower Emergency Blip

A day of stacking and packing hundreds of 5” fabric squares for Mrs madwill, ahead of the Great Northern Quilt Show next weekend.

We also, stupidly, decided to nip to Wetherby this afternoon for a few bits...only to get caught up in the departing Leeds Festival traffic. When we realised what we had done we turned around and had to clear checkpoints to allow us ‘Locals’ back into the village. These are there to stop festival traffic turning the village into a rat run. We then made our way out via some backroads.

Blipless by tea time, I strapped my Pringles snoot on to the flash, stuck the macro lens on the camera and set about a garden safari. Flowers were the easiest victims...and here you have one sort, and another sort in extras. No labels by the plants so I have no idea what they are.
