Torture Chamber?

Sunny with some cloud cover late afternoon.

Joined up at the local gym this morning.  The guy who owns it used to be a professional footballer for Bradford City, Roy Ellam.   He is still in good shape at 77.  
He gave me a tour and started me on the cardio machines.   It's been a few years since I exercised so took it steady.

This afternoon I had to go to the hospital to collect Alan's blood form for Thursday as we did not get it last Friday.   Even before rush hour the traffic was horrendous, so glad I do not have to do that on a daily basis!
