Off to the Show

John and his Fordson tractor were off early to the Bucks County Show. A last minute repair to a bearing yesterday seems to have worked and I do know that he made it there with no trouble. Of course, he still has to get it home....

Despite the early hour I went along to see him off. The tractor is kept in friend's barn as we don't have space on our drive with two cars, a motorhome and an old Morris already! So here they are disappearing into the early morning mist.

I'm off in a little while to granddaughter Sophie's 8th birthday tea. Where have those years gone,?
