Dumfries

Our first ever trip to Scotland.
The journey to Dumfries was an easy one and took about 5.5 hours of driving. We did stop a couple of times for coffee so total time about 6.5 hours.
Beautiful scenery through the North West and up to the Borders.

Early night tonight as I’m shattered ... I’m going to wait to see the sunset and look for photo opportunities but in the meantime here is a photo from the back garden of the cottage we are staying in.
