First Foray Into Confectionery

Other than making the odd batch of fudge, I've never tried my hand at confectionery before.  Partly inspired by our recent binge watching of The Great British Bake Off, I decided to make Ina Garten's recipe for Fleur de Sel Caramels, and I'm quite pleased with the way they turned out!  I thought they'd make a nice addition to the edible offerings at our upcoming Book Club meeting which we will be hosting.

Now the challenge is to keep Mr. W's thieving mitts off them!
