Coming From Behind

On many occasions it seems that the day will not amount to much. Grey and overcast with no directional light to speak of. Days such as these seem better suited to subjects that benefit from diffused light, perhaps colourful flowers.

However, patience and timing are everything and for the brave blipper who dares wait, the best may just be the last. Coming right at the end of the day, light streams from behind the clouds as the sun sets giving a feast for the eyes.

It seems the main band of cloud echoes in reverse somewhat the shape of the woods on the far shore. And then, the colour in the sky repeats in the reflections on the water. I tried to keep the land mass dark  enough to read as backlit, whilst showing some detail.
