Day 8

Backblip

Today I got the map of the Oetztal trail out and, with the help of the trail booklet, Blip and all my photos I managed to make sense of where we'd walked and which huts we'd stayed in. It took some doing I can tell you, but perhaps that'll teach me to make proper notes as I go!  

While examining my Blip entries I realised that I'd missed Day 8 somehow so here it is... walking up from the Obergurgl valley, through a gorge, we noticed groups of people on the klettersteig routes (via ferrata). It looked amazing, but to see them you'll have to zoom in as I didn't do so when taking it. I think I can see nine people, I'd like to be one of them!
