Daffodil.....

.....basking in sunlight.

Just a quick wander down to the reserve at the end of our road to see if any daffodils are in flower. It was something we always did when our girls were little. At that time there were plenty but lately each year there seems to be fewer, I think the council mower mows over them. Just a handful in flower today.

Thursday.....a warm nor'west wind pushed the mercury up to 20.7C! I'm happy with that, a pleasant day to be out and about. But we also know what follows warm weather like this.....a southerly!
