Dereliction

Today I thought this might be a good piece of dereliction for Marlieske's DS challenge.  It's an old piece of farm machinery which has been crushed by a falling tree.  The trunk still lies over the other end of it.  I love the patina and the colours.  And no, I haven't brightened anything.  I've cropped it a bit but otherwise it's SOOC.

I have also, on blippers' recommendations, now tagged it for AbstractThursday.  Thanks to the host, Ingeborg.

Today has been a much more peaceful day.  I woke at 6.30am feeling stressed, but that's the moment to make decisons.  And the day has just slid gently on from there.
