Darting around

As  promised a lovely sunny day today. I had work this morning which was a pity .This afternoon after picking Julie up we returned home to watch some rugby League. Once that was over I decided to go for a walk along the river banks to search out a blip and try out the new camera on some Macro shots. I took quite a few shots and had a possible blip but decided to walk a little further. I was rewarded by coming across some dragonflies . This one settled and allowed me to grab a few shots. I believe it is possibly an immature Common darter but might be wrong.
Back home for a bit more sport on TV and then possible a spot of Netflix watching this evening before enjoying a few beers.
