On a hillside, desolate

Prescription sunglasses, a long overdue purchase, have been bought at last. Clearly I’m hoping for one last holiday in the sun before the winter. But not before they arrive. 
And the final episode of Tin Star - the first Season was very enjoyable - good looking, a decent enough tale, and Tim Roth on form. Jeesus, did the second season bomb. Plotholes did you say?
