Off to have coffee with ex workmates Bev and John in the B&Q cafe this morning, and then I walked a mile or two to meet a new friend for lunch. 

He was on his bike and so afterwards we walked through Elvaston Castle country park and chatted until the parting of the ways. 

Lovely sunshine, and souvenirs should be useful... in my view anyway!
