A new day

We have had below freezing temperatures at night and early mornings. I have offered seeds for the birds all summer, but now it is high time to give them fat, suet, that is. It is amazing how quickly the word goes around. There have been tits and sparrows all day.

My 'new day' was the scheduled haircut. As we were setting the date for next time, November 13,  we were wondering what the weather might be then. My hair salon is such a short distance away that I walk there. We shall see if I'll walk through snow then. :-)
