Tiny Tuesday: (Just a bit of) Colour

Not sure I've ever joined in with Tiny Tuesday before but the day was spent painting the spare bedroom, which was planned after we saw the weather forecast for the day.  It meant that come seven 'o' clock I'd not lifted a camera.

I don't know why but I'd always had the idea that orchids were difficult plants to grow.  Well this lovely plant seems to thrive on neglect, which is just as well as we keep forgetting to do anything with it.  Periodically flower buds appear which usually prompts us to give it a bit of water and a few weeks later these flowers appear.
