A sweet treat for the weekend

My sweet tonight was a real treat and so delicious: baby strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, pear, baked apple and prunes (100 - 150g of each) served with 4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yogurt and 30g of oat bran.

Extra shows main meal of the day: as usual beetroot , tomato and a vegetable stew with, for a change, pork shoulder (yellow label from Sainsbury’s this afternoon) as the non vegetable protein addition.
