Cactus Star

This really great flowering cactus finally cooperated with blip's Flower Friday. These blooms are more than a foot across and so heavy that they are not able to follow the sun. They open for a day, then shrivel to nothing. This cycle there are seven possibles, three already open and gone, this one, and three more waiting in reserve.
