Rose

This does not represent today but I thought it would be cheerier than a blip of a hidden Arthur's Seat or steady rain because it has rained, probably for 21 hours and there is no sign of it stopping.

Still recovering from yesterday although I think 40 lengths this morning helped. And I need to ice the left foot. That is not connected to yesterday.

So far I've done some house stuff and now the rest of the day is catching up with personal, non 'work' stuff. I must remember to get up and walk around every hour.
