Storybook Scarecrows

This is part of our grandson's preschool scarecrow entry in La Plata's competition. Pete the Cat is his favorite and he likes Peppa Pig, but we don't know who the girl is supposed to be.
It was difficult to get all of Pete as the display was set just past the curb, so I had to stand in the road to get the shot.
