Happy 70th Birthday Joan

Joan, a Spin and Cardio Dance regular at the Peak, celebrated her 70th Birthday today. Some classmates presented Joan with an orchid at today’s class and Joan treated us all to some of her delicious homemade millionaire’s shortbread.
(Confession I could not resist a small piece).
Joan’s biggest surprise was a visit from her daughter who flew from Malaysia for her special day (and to accompany her at this mornings Spin class!!!)
