Thanks Lowland Trees for the woodchips

Lowland Trees have been pruning the trees directly across the main road from the allotments at Strathallan Courtin Bridge of Allan. I am pleased to report that they delivered the resultant woodchip, which is mostly sycamore lime and cherry to the allotments free of charge. This is ideal for paths in one’sallotment and as well as supyrpressing weeds it is a much more e nvironmentally friendly method and aesthetically attractive to alternatives such as old carpets and black polythene. Plot holders should feel free to take as much as they want for their individual allotments Thanksso much t Jimmy Hughs and his staff for providing us with this valuable resource free of charge.
