Bomb Squad

Well church was certainly interesting today!

We were at church early and just getting ready to begin choir practice when we were told that we needed to evacuate the building.

A suspicious package had been found at one of the back doors. The police were there and Bomb squad were on their way.

As people began to arrive for church, we all just hung out in the parking lot and socialized.

We ended up spending two hours outside before we got the all clear that it was safe to enter the building. Turns out it was a box of books.

Thanks to the gorgeous weather, it was not a wasted morning by a long shot. I really enjoy myself visiting with several different people.
