The lawn

I'm not precious about the grass which is just as well. It's full of daisies, dandelions and at this time of year fungus. It's also strewn with leaves and berries from the three rowan trees and from trees in neighbours' gardens. Dogs weeing on it doesn't help either.

An early night saw me having a pretty decent sleep. After all the fun and conviviality of the weekend a quiet evening processing photos from Crail was in order.

It's a quick turn around for us today as our lovely niece, her husband and their two lads are currently en route from their home in Maastricht to stay for a few days. Will be so good to see them. It would be great if the nice autumn weather continues but whatever happens we're in for a good family time.
