Chatham Island Forget-me-not ...

... on the Chatham Islands!
This was something I really wanted to see here and it’s been delightful to see several plants flowering. Gorgeous.

Not such a good day weather-wise. Pouring with rain & blowing a gale! Well, that’s Chathams weather for you. The forecast is better for tomorrow. We might even get a sunrise.

We did get driven down south, with the windows on one side of the bus smothered with mud! And then to the Kopinga Marae for a fascinating intro to the Moriori and Maori history.  A really good day!

There was crayfish for dinner last night, and I saw blue cod on the menu for tonight! Yum.
