We spent a good part of the day at the Monterey Apple Store, with friends who were buying a new phone and an iPad. It's astonishing how tired you can get from watching someone else drop a big wad of money. I managed to avoid any such temptations, and even gleaned a few free tips from my assigned Genius. He was a tad snarky, but what's not to love about that job title?
