AbstractThursday 225 Textures

Today has been one of weather extremes, from clear blue skies to heavy rain and back to sunshine again.  The colours of Autumn are finally arriving and, after so much rain, St John's pond is finally beginning to fill up and look like a pond once more.
My abstract today began with a shot of a bay laurel which is in a pot just outside our kitchen door and the two decorative metal toadstools which stand in the pot - see extra shot.  I layered several different pics of the same in Picasa  and then added extra  texture by using the Wave filter in PS Elements 2019.
