Cactus Flower

A beautiful, bright start to the day with the sun streaming through the front window and lighting up the cactus flowers.

The flowers have only opened up this week - perfect timing for the October Colour Blitz challenge. So - out with the tripod and black velvet background (again) to capture the wonderful bright colours.

A little bit of fabric cutting today - but not much else achieved - a 'rest' day.
