Unexpected Surprise

I got up this morning and headed out to get bread (bakeries being one of the few shops that open on a Sunday here) and I found this on our doorstep.  This bottle of Sekt & a box of chocolates.

The woman whose luggage we'd rescued had obviously come back and left us a little present.  The note says "Thanks for the call today.  Sadly I've made no progress with neither Hermes or Deutsche Bahn."  The no-progress part shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who has read any of my Blips where Customer Service  rears its very ugly head.

A quiet Sunday.  The weather was & is rubbish.  Nevermind, there is an enormous pot of soup to be eaten.
