A busy day of visits and prep for the weekend.

David headed off to play golf with Jim at 10am, just as Karen, Alan's Speech Therapist, arrived to meet with Ashleigh, Alan's team leader, to discuss the next stage of training for the team (and D and me) on Alan's new PODD communication system. 

Just after lunch Alan's dietician Dahlia arrived for her quarterly catch up.  David weighed Alan last night and his weight is steady so she is pleased about that and his progress in general.  We had a good catch up.

David arrived home, happy with most of his golf game  Can't win them all eh?  :-)

Tesco delivery arrived and after dinner I did as much food prep as possible for tomorrow's dinner including making my banoffee pie to the stage that all I have to do to it before our friends arrive tomorrow is add the bananas and the cream.

Still trying to decide on wallpaper for our bedroom and ensuite.  No further forward at the mo.  The decision has been made, however, to put the patterned wallpaper (the sample I ordered as a wild cat choice) in the downstairs WC.  So a room we hadn't planned on decorating will he decorated with a wallpaper we never intended using, whilst the rooms we are supposed to be decorating are still sitting in limbo.  Typical!  :-)))
