A futile 90 minute battle with our woeful IT and then out with J-Dawg; a scoot about N Embra with the added bonus of a 60 year old offering the pair of us 'outside for a chat'. 

Home to grab the laptop and off to Hers to write up stuff / keep an eye on / offer support / etc. I battled through til nearly 6 before a Poundland sweep for notebooks and then in for a medley of fish dishes and a resumption of more meaningful discussions.

Limits that had been self imposed were adhered to so the ship has been steadied.
