I drove for 30 minutes to the start of a Ramblers walk this morning, only to find that I hadn't got my boots! So rather than totally waste the journey, I returned home via areas of Derby that I've never been to before, and some that I never want to go to again, checking out the properties.  My list is a bit shorter now!

I'd also viewed two yesterday and one the day before. Two were useless, but one might be.... I need to widen the radius a little.
