Christmas Cactus

The utility room seems to be the ideal location for our house plants; we placed them there during a long holiday and they are thriving. The Peace Lily returned from near-death and is flowering, the Amaryllis still has enormous leaves, last Christmas' Poinsettia is still alive (though green) and the Christmas Cactus, now in its 4th year, has grown considerably.

Which is all very gratifying but, unfortunately, they take so much space that they fill the draining board and we can hardly reach the taps.
