Wonder Emporium

We went into Cambridge for coffee and lunch before meeting friends in the afternoon.

Today’s picture is of a “Wonder Emporium”; this is situated near Tatties café in Sussex Street. It is tiny, about thirty centimetres (one foot) tall. I have seen it before, but never blipped it. It does not seem to get damaged or stolen, so I presume it is fixed to the wall and that the items are stuck to the display case. It is part of a collection of miniatures by “Dinky Doors” I shall be looking around for more of these pieces to blip in the future as the map shows there are nine of these around Cambridge.

The temperature at GMT noon today was six degrees Celsius. It was cold, frosty and misty first thing, necessitating hat, gloves and scarf as well as my down jacket.
