Not a photography day!

It might have been if I’d have got myself dressed and sorted early.  It was wet and damp first things but then the sun came out in flashes of brilliance, but no sooner had it lit up an area it changed and highlighted somewhere else.  At least I watched it!

We went into Guisborough at lunchtime to buy some Christmas goodies for our hosts as we have been treated to the week here, we’ve just covered things like theatre tickets and petrol.

We hadn’t intended to end up in Saltburn in the afternoon but in the end all the other `loos’ on our route were locked so we ended up at the station and Sainbury’s in Saltburn.  What is it about councils on this coast and their Public Convieniences (or lack of them).  What are people supposed to do if they are walking along the sea-front or on holiday!

A bit of a grab shot for todays blip - these two were just launching their surf boards below where we were parked.  I think they were probably beginners. I hope they stayed safe.
