Hurrah my offer on the house has been accepted, the owners wanted £5000 more but the estate agents managed to persuade them to see sense!

So I drove happily to The Climbing Station to meet Mary, and we had an hour's bouldering coaching which was very useful. My hands are a bit sore now!

On the way home I called into the Agents with my ID and then did a bit of shopping at what, if all goes to plan, will be my local supermarket. I'd better find my Clubcard!
