Never mind little brown blue jug, it looks like a little blue chick to me!

I visited Mum's partner in Prestbury today, spending a few hours chatting and having lunch rather than the usual rushed coffee when I call on the way (vaguely) to my daughter's in Swansea.

I was washing up, which included a couple of very stained and broken table knives which I said were from my childhood along with the blue and white china, forgetting that dad had taken most of the blue and white. But John rummaged in the cupboard and produced this jug and a lonesome plate, and he let me take it for old time's sake.  Wedgewood Summer Sky :-)
