Salute

Lest We Forget.

On the way to the RGS for a lecture about No Mans Lands. It seems that there are a lot more than the WWI trench land, although that remains the most horrific. It's surprising how many there are around the world. In sub-Saharan Africa, South America, eastern Europe created by the migrant crisis.

The talk was supported by 3-D imaging set up by Google. A good talk followed by a brisk walk along the road that divides Hyde Park from Kensington Gardens back to the tube station. It's a road that is in the parks but not of them. A kind of No Mans Land.
