Evening coffee

Yet another CRM meeting this morning - with our CRM providers this time - now all on the same page about not going live until next year.  Very frustrating at times, but we got there in the end, I think.

Had a lovely long catch up on the phone with my friend Katherine this afternoon - so good to talk to her.  Also lots of WhatsApping with my old uni housemates, planning a reunion in Hull next year :)
