Oh What a Beautiful Morning!

We planted five long rows of garlic this afternoon, about a hundred cloves. It always goes in near Thanksgiving and is ready around the 4th of July. There are some other holidays involved as well--maybe you feed it on Valentine's Day and Easter--it's supposed to make it easy to remember, but what's really easier is to ask Mr. S.  Garlic is such a satisfying crop--you put in a clove and get back a whole fat delicious bulb--it's a great deal!
