If you can't beat them...

Canada Geese.

Yesterday by going out in the afternoon we missed the mist hanging in the valleys.  So we decided to make a visit in the morning.   The best laid plans ..........    NO mist and not as bright a day as yesterday.

There were still plenty of blip opportunities.  So we had a wander along the shore taking shots.  Clickychick was playing working with her big stopper which left me plenty of time for watching what was going on.  Anybody who has known me any length of time knows my interest in birds.

There was a lot of movement among the Canada Geese (Branta canadensis) so I spent a lot of time trying to get shots of them in flight.  This was the most successful.  Canada Geese were first introduced in 1665, however there has been a population explosion during the 1950s - 80s
