Beautiful Visitor ....

We were lucky enough to have this handsome Red-bellied woodpecker visit us today.  I got a few shots of him through the window and then risked opening it up to see if I could get a shot or two without shooting through the window.  And I was successful in getting three shots through the open window. Yay!

We were both busy around the house today but we still managed to get to Housenick Park for a quick walk.  

One of the things I did today was the autumn chore I hate most .... switching out my closet.  I put my summer clothes away and got our my winter wear.  Boooo!
