And then it rained...

For an hour or so, there was a little daylight. Now, it's hammering down and the forecast doesn't offer a letup between now and tomorrow. I guess, this is today's photograph.

It's a heavy crop, taken through the double glazing, but for all that I think it's not all that bad. The blue-tits, perhaps prescient of the impending downpour, were out en mass stripping the faded verbena of its seeds.

Today may be a stay in day, although tonight I have a biker-down first aid course in Gloucester - I don't think I'll be taking Morrigan. Stay dry and warm folks.
