Curtain up on Christmas

Oh but it was cold this morning -6, a heavy frost and much car scraping before I could get in the pool, which, surprise, surprise, was not busy.

Home to get changed and head off to sing at the Eric Liddell Centre Christmas Fair followed by a lovely lunch with H, a surprise visitor from 'doon Sooth'. We went to Bia Bistrot, hadn't been there for ages, and partook of their very reasonable set lunch, though I think I got the wrong starter. I ate it though.

A walk down the hill to Cook and back up again before home to do some Christmas stuff before heading out to 'A Christmas Carol' with mum. It was entertaining but oh the theatre was cold and we had a very unhelpful taxi driver on the way home.

It was slightly warmer when I drove up the road, only -2.
